Listen up! We all know music is a universal language that everyone can understand. Many people also use it as an excuse to not talk to random people on the T and that's totally okay too! I usually listen to music when I'm in the car, getting ready and working out. Now when it comes to running, I've become accustomed to not listening to anything. I think part of the reason is because of the fact that I pace for Nike and we're not allowed to have headphones on. It only makes sense because part of our job is to socialize with people and get to know them and to make sure that they're having a great run!

When it comes to music, I prefer R&B, Hip-Hop, Trap/Ratchet, but I also love Jazz and dance-y type of music. Anything that my ears would approve. I've listed some of my go-to songs to get me going, whether I'm getting ready to go out with the gals or pumping some iron at the gym.
