Over the weekend, I was invited to an influencer lunch at Boston's contemporary and modern izakaya, UNI. I'm not going to lie, I had to Google was izakaya is and it's pretty much a Japanese gastropub for casual drinking after work. It was a private and intimate lunch with a few of Boston's influential foodies and I was very honored to have been a part of the group.
It was an 8-course menu that surely hit every inch of my taste palette. Most of the dishes were hard to explain in words, therefore, it's really best for you to come in and check them out for yourselves.
